The noemaworks.net website is published by Dylan Avronsart EI, a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading under the business name NOEMA. “NOEMA” is the name of this website.

A French sole trader business and the person running it are a single legal person: the legal name of the business is the name of the entrepreneur, followed by the letters “EI”.

Dylan Avronsart is a disabled independent worker (TIH), a status certified by Linklusion.

The activity is an unregulated liberal profession (NAF/APE code 6201Z, computer programming), under the French micro-business regime. The business is registered with the French National Business Register (RNE). It is not registered with the French trade and companies register, so the RCS number, registry court and share capital disclosures do not apply.

The business operates under the French VAT base exemption. Prices shown on this site are therefore net prices: no VAT is added to them.

Quotes and invoices carry the statutory wording “VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code”. No VAT can be reclaimed on these invoices, including by business customers.

Should the exemption threshold be exceeded, this page and all commercial documents would be updated.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States (netlify.com).

The host provides the technical delivery of the pages. It has no involvement in the editorial content or in the services offered, which are the sole responsibility of the publisher.

The fonts are hosted on the site itself. The site shows no advertising and does not measure its audience. Links to social networks are plain links: nothing loads until you click them.

The structure of the site, its texts, visual identity, animations and code belong to the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

Music, photos, videos and fonts created by others remain the property of their authors and rights holders. Credits are gathered on the Credits page. No image on this site is generated by artificial intelligence.

Trademarks, logos and game names mentioned on the modding pages belong to their respective owners. The mods are unofficial fan works, with no link to or affiliation with the publishers concerned, and are distributed free of charge.

The publisher strives to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing that it always is. Service descriptions, indicative prices and stated lead times do not constitute a contractual offer: only a signed quote binds the parties.

Free software and mods offered for download are provided “as is”. It is up to each user to back up their data before installing anything. For purchased software, the guarantees provided by law apply: the legal guarantee of conformity under the French Consumer Code for consumers, and the guarantee against hidden defects under the French Civil Code.
