The site is free to access, with no account. I may change it, suspend it or remove part of it at any time, for example for an update.

The delivery portal is reserved for my clients, who access it through a personal link and a password.

Prices shown on the site are indicative. The quote builder gives an estimate. Only a dated and signed quote binds both parties.

Prices are net: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.

Free software and mods offered for download are provided “as is”. Back up your data before installing anything.

For purchased software, the guarantees provided by law apply: the legal guarantee of conformity under the French Consumer Code if you are a consumer, and the guarantee against hidden defects under the French Civil Code.

The mods are unofficial, free fan works. When you use them, you remain bound by the terms of the game concerned.

The texts, visuals, animations and code of the site belong to the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse requires written permission. Third-party content remains the property of its authors: see the Credits page and the legal notice.

It is forbidden to try to enter the restricted parts of the site without permission, to overload it or disrupt its operation, and to use its forms to send automated or abusive messages.

You may link to any public page of the site. Links from the site to other websites are given for information: I have no control over their content.

I do my best to keep the site running and its information accurate. I cannot guarantee that it is available without interruption or free of errors. If you spot a mistake, write to me at contact@noemaworks.net.

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to me first at contact@noemaworks.net: most situations are settled by simply talking. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent French courts may be seised.
