The noemaworks.net website is published by Dylan Avronsart EI, a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading under the business name NOEMA.

A French sole trader is not a legal entity separate from the individual: the legal name of the business is the name of the person running it. “Nœma” and “NoemaWorks” are trade names, not companies.

The activity is an unregulated liberal profession (NAF/APE code 6201Z, computer programming). As such the business is not registered with the French trade and companies register, so there is no RCS number, no registry court and no share capital to state.

The business operates under the French micro-entreprise regime and the VAT base exemption. Prices displayed and invoiced are therefore net prices, without VAT, and carry the statutory wording: “VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code”.

No VAT can be reclaimed on these invoices, including by business customers. Should the exemption threshold be exceeded, this page and all commercial documents would be updated.

The host provides the technical delivery of the pages. It is involved neither in the editorial content nor in the services offered, which are the sole responsibility of the publisher.

This site loads no third-party resources: no remote fonts, no ad network, no embedded social buttons.

The structure of the site, its texts, visual identity, animations and code are the property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

Some assets belong to third parties and are used under licence: music, images and fonts are credited individually on the Credits page. No image on this site is generated by artificial intelligence.

Trademarks, logos and game names mentioned on the modding pages belong to their respective owners. The mods are unofficial fan works, with no link to or affiliation with the publishers concerned, and are distributed free of charge.

The publisher strives to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing that it always is. Service descriptions, indicative prices and stated lead times do not constitute a contractual offer: only a signed quote binds the parties.

Software and mods offered for download are provided “as is”. It is up to each user to back up their data before installing anything.

Outbound links are provided for information. The publisher has no control over the linked websites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. That is why no consent banner is displayed: there is nothing to consent to.

The only information transmitted is what you deliberately enter in the quote form, or send by email. It is used solely to answer your request.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which you can exercise by email at the address given at the bottom of this page, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website and the services offered on it are governed by French law.

If something goes wrong, the first step is to contact me directly: the vast majority of situations are settled by simply talking. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent French courts may be seised.
